Villa Aqua di Mare has been built to a very high standard and offers three floors of living space and of course the wonderful outside area with large private pool, garden, on the beach and sea .

For more than 8 aduls and 2 baby visitors annex is included, a small luxury studio with a double bed bedroom , living room and bathroom .

The first floor (entry level) offers two Lindian style bedrooms who can sleep in each 4 persons (children or familly) also there is one big bedroom with a double size bed and glorious sea view whith quite amazing sunrizes , and share a bathroom with full size bath tub, shower and WC

The upper level comprises of the master suite with a double size bed, a full bathroom with bath tub, shower and WC; the spacious balcony offers tables and chairs overlooking the garden and pool - an ideal spot to start the day with a freshly brewed coffee!

On the ground level you will find the open plan lounge area with comfy sofas, satellite TV, a fire place and adjacent is the very well equipped kitchen with all the "mod cons" you would expect from a villa of this standard.

From the lounge area there are patio doors which will take you to the outside al fresco eating area with teak furniture for eight guests, a seating area, covered gazebo, stone BBQ, garden and of course the beautiful swimming pool too.

There is a private path that leads down to the beach and offers a quiet retreat to enjoy the wonderful scenery and awe-inspiring vistas.

 

For more than 10 persons , small studio called Annex is offered without extra charge. It has a one bedroom with double-size bed , a bathroom as well as a living room.
